In accepting tuition I hereby acknowledge that:
- Tuorials are a minimum of 1 session per week during school term times
- Extra tutorials can be arranged subject to tutee and tutor finding a mutually convenient day/time
- Tutorials can be arranged for school holidays by prior agreement with the tutor
• The tutor reserves the right to cancel tuition if the tutee is not adequately preparing for, or adequately participating in, tutorials
• Any concerns regarding the tuition must be brought to attention of the tutor by email or by telephone, or at the start of a session, at the earliest possible time
• Whilst the tutor will endeavour to ensure the tutee makes at least satisfactory progress, this cannot be guaranteed, and the tutor cannot be held accountable for the academic success or otherwise of the tutee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the tutor accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the tutor’s services or any errors or omissions in the content of their learning materials.
• Payment is due within 7 days of a tutorial taking place
NB CANCELLATIONS
• I understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling a scheduled tutorial
• with less than 24 hours notice, and if not able to arrange an alternative time,the full fee will be payable for cancelled tutorials
• with more than 24 hours notice, and if not able to arrange an alternative time, a reduced fee of £10 will be payable for cancelled tutorials
• repeated missed tutorials will result in the termination of the sessions
