Pricing & Cancellation Policy

Fees may vary due to discounts, but once a session is booked the fee is fixed. Discounts can reduce the cost to under £50 per session.

Per-session bookings

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel. With less than 24 hours’ notice, and if no alternative time is arranged, the full fee is payable. With more than 24 hours’ notice, and if no alternative time is arranged, a £10 charge applies.

Block bookings (5 tutorials paid in advance)

Cancelled tutorials must be rescheduled within the same week. If rescheduling within that week is not possible, the full fee is forfeited.

Tutor cancellations

If a tutorial is cancelled by the tutor, it will be rescheduled but not refunded.

Outcomes

Tuition is delivered with reasonable care and skill; academic results, grades, and admissions outcomes are not guaranteed. Progress depends on attendance, engagement, and completion of agreed work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the tutor accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of tuition services or from any errors or omissions in learning materials.
